1. Who Can Submit a Listing?
A property may be submitted by:

- Other persons having legitimate authority to provide the listing
The person submitting a listing must have the right or authority to provide the information and media.
2. Accurate Information
Listing providers must provide accurate information regarding:
- Location
- Property type
- Area
- Price
- Rent
- Advance/deposit
- Availability
- Features
- Business details
- Photos
- Other relevant information
3. Prohibited Listings
10Sure may reject or remove listings that are:
- False
- Misleading
- Fraudulent
- Duplicated
- Unauthorized
- Illegal
- Inaccurately represented
- In violation of third-party rights
4. Property Images & Media
The listing provider confirms that they have appropriate rights or permission to submit photographs, videos, floor plans and other media.
5. Verification
Submission does not automatically mean that every detail has been independently verified.
Where 10Sure performs verification, the extent of verification will depend on the listing and information available.
6. Listing Review
10Sure may review, edit, reject, suspend or remove a listing where necessary.
7. Property Availability
Listing providers should inform 10Sure when a property becomes:
- Sold
- Rented
- Leased
- Unavailable
- Withdrawn
8. Contact Information
Listing providers must provide valid contact information where required.
9. Enquiries
Property enquiries may be forwarded or communicated to the relevant listing provider where necessary to facilitate the enquiry.
10. No Guarantee of Leads
Publishing a listing does not guarantee:
- Enquiries
- Site visits
- Offers
- Sale
- Rental
- Business transaction
11. Listing Removal
10Sure may remove or temporarily disable listings that are:
- Outdated
- Reported
- Misleading
- Incomplete
- No longer available
- In violation of these terms
12. Listing Provider Responsibility
The listing provider remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and authenticity of the property information they submit.
